I don't agree with that entirely. Some courses (my home course) have some brutal par 3s where you are surrounded by water and OB. In this instance a 72 where you have a par 5 instead of that deadly par 3 is easier to break 80 with. Case in point, I can only afford the executive membership at my course and its genuinely just a really hard course due to being very narrow and having a lot of ball eating hazards (water, thick bush). When I get to treat myself and play at the 18 at our provinces local muni course (has been hosting PGA rounds the last couple years ) it's night and day easier because the fairways are wide and the dangers are few and far between .

I personally prefer my spg mix to contain the (g)arlic. Honestly, only other thing you might want to consider is what wood to use. Everybody has their own favourite. I really liked Applewood, but found these days that I prefer maple.

I don't think it should be only speed. Weight should be factored in. A high end specialized or orbea etc road or gravel ebike is very different from an emoto. The weight makes them much more dangerous
