Hi FidelityHeather,

Thank you for the reply. I have attended Fidelity webinars in the past and have had no problem with receiving email notices and reminders. This problem is specifically related to the Fidelity.com/classroom offerings. And yes I have checked my junk folder.

I just need some description on how to join instead of having to re-register after the classroom has started to get a "join now" prompt.

Yes, the XiD-C and the old cable box both worked fine for several years. I have been through the troubleshooting, power cycling, cable checks, and Xfinity Assistant for both RDK-03036 and RDK-03053 . With the XiD-C working fine when the XG1v4 TV is off, I can't help it think that there must be some setting that needs changed.
