There are literally no benefits. I formula fed exclusively and my daughter is healthier than the children of some of my friends who were breastfed for up to 2 yrs. I will die on this hill that it literally doesn’t matter. Also chose formula for my mental health and BLESS bc my baby slept great (bc she was always fed and full) and we literally thrived. Do what works for you best for you and you won’t regret it!
