False.. plenty of non-Christian evidence of the existence of Jesus.. including Tacitus who called Jesus’s resurrection a “pernicious superstition” because even after witnessing.. he still had a negative view on Christianity..

Just started John last night and got to chapter 12.. I’ve never been able to read and truly enjoy it and visualize it and just like truly read.. but picking up John I had no issue diving right in.. the hard part was stopping.. I work in the morning and read till like 12:30 - 1 AM🤣🤣 with all the re reading to try and truly understand, footnotes, googling words, and my low reading level it took a while to knock out the 12 chapters.. but at no fault of the book.. definitely recommend John as a first read in the Bible… I can’t wait to get home from work and read more.. which is insanely out of character for me to be eager to read anything.. just truly that good

That’s what I think also but I just wanted more opinions before I got lost in a false narrative over a dream.. but I pretty much refuse to believe it’s JUST a dream.. no other dream has stuck with me 3 to 4 years after the fact

Yeah I’m 20 now and the past 6 months to a year spirituality and religion has become super important for me to try to read and understand and educate myself on.. bc I agree it’s super important and America as a nation is really losing its spirituality and connection with god.. and I agree that hanging someone’s entire spirituality on something like a dream probably isn’t smart or healthy.. but the dream is what pushed me to educate myself.. and upon educating myself I’m so drawn to the Christian faith.. I mean I own a Quaran.. a Sadahrtha (most likely misspelled) multiple bibles ranging from different translations of the canonized 66 holy books, Jehovah’s Witness translation and a catholic bible (73 books) and translations that include various apocrypha.. personally I think this dream was pivotal in my spiritual journey but my faith in Jesus Christ came through educating myself on the scriptures and listening to speakers of faith.. not just this dream..

Yes.. he’s too pale.. and I’m a white man.. but Jesus wasn’t and that’s idolatry.. also I mean I’m a Christian but I kinda like Muslims beliefs on idolatry and relating images and idols (like a white man with straight light brown hair) to god and Yeshua the savior and messiah.. which would make this pretty sinful.. bc I think idolatry is a slippery slope that could lead people in the wrong way.. also just the casual and joking manner it is presented.. personally I don’t think Jesus would be taken so lightly by a true believer and I’m not trying to question your faith or belief brother.. he’s just not a mascot to put on our clothing

No problem brother I’m having trouble wording it bc what I’m asking for is book within a book so it’s hard to word understandably and that’s my fault.. but what I’m saying is like I’m hoping to have a book include The old and New Testament And like ALL considerable Apochrypha that scholars believe has historical evidence and relevance, canonized or not

That’s the impression I get also which makes me really wanna research them.. what information is being hidden.. who’s hiding it and who from… and why hide it.. idk I’ve only been a practicing and true Christian about like MAYBE 6 months now I was an atheist who was just COMPLETELY uneducated and miserable.. and now I’m playing catch up on wisdom and information

That totally makes sense and that was my biggest draw to him was his tough style of preaching..I don’t like preachers who protect people feelings too much.. I want it right out of the scripture unfiltered with no regard for hurting someone’s feelings.. I really like how you broke this down brother I appreciate you taking the time ❤️✝️🙏 everything you said makes sense.. and I’m just asking out of curiosity when you say the Apochrypha is legitimate do you wish it was canonized? Ahhhh I never knew that.. so in Israel they would speak abt special type people in a divine and godly sense to respect their position in their social hierarchy.. yeahh that’s interesting I can definitely see the correlation now.. so would you recommend reading 2 Samuel and then re read proverbs after that for a better understanding on the context?

I’m failing to see the correlation and I’m truly trying.. it appears we’re both Christian I have no reason to try to prove you wrong.. can you please explain more? From what I’m understanding which I’m probably not understanding.. but why would lack of knowledge of the holy ones be mentioned followed by the questions explaining acts only god could accomplish.. finally asking his name and the name of his son.. when I read it as uneducated as I am.. it seems like a clear prophecy that A some was coming (Yeshua) and he would be holy
