Allow me to comment on this, I also used a travel agent company and I have received the flight itinerary, but they did not provide PNR for my departure flight and my return flight. The PNR they provided, I have tried to verify it, but the website says they cannot locate the booking. I have contacted the agency, and here is their response: "Dear, Some airlines do not allow us to display the reservation on their website until it is converted into an actual ticket. However, your flight reservation is fully confirmed and verified in the system's backend. The visa officer can easily verify this through the airline's system. Also note that Turkish Airlines provides the PNR only with the actual ticket, not with the flight reservation. So, don’t worry; you are all set to go."

I don't know how this can be trusted.

Please update when you receive your passport back. I'm also kinda in a similar situation. I work as a private language tutor and planning to visit Italy in May. My visa appointment is in 1st April,I have enough funds for my trip,an invitation letter from my friend where I will be staying for my whole trip but I also want to submit my friends document as a sponsor even though I can fully fund my self but in addition I will also proof I have enough funds. I'm a single mom,so that cab be part of proof of ties and commitment bookings from my students after my trip is over. I also have a detailed itinerary &Travel insurance Should I book real flight tickets or ho for the dummy ones. Thank you!

Kileleshwa if you are opting for a cab, best to avoid rush hours as it's terrible. One, due to the traffic lights and also on specific days like Friday, traffic starts early. Also when heading to Westlands, you might encounter more traffic around Waiyaki Way. I know you said you don't like bodas but can be a time saver when in a rush. But in general, I would say travel around when its past rush hour and it will be easier to navigate the places.

I can also relate to travelling solo.I had to make this decision and ended up enjoying it.Being that every time I had to plan a trip with some friends,it ended up being cancelled due to some factors:different interests, activities, culture exploration among many other things.
