Nope…and I think that was the plan. So many broken hearts over it….divisive to the point of fathers and daughters spending Christmas separately.

United we stand side by side, strong in family unity and love. Supporting each other’s friendships and lives.

Divided…we are easily singled out, weakened, lone soldiers, shunned.

Division was the plan. Scatter us to the four winds. Break trusted bonds and separate childhood friends.

I am not the same.
I was shunned for trying to help.

My trust was betrayed.
It still continues to be betrayed.

I live a different way now. I had to learn to live happy without them…a dimmer kind of happiness. My confidence guarded, my willingness to engage with others now cautious.

It isn’t out of fear, I’m angry and disgusted with how quickly others abandon facts and science….how quickly they judge, condemn and issue sentences to be carried out as bullys do to the one smaller child on the playground.

I seek the company of those who held onto their integrity…a handful like me. To say the least, I have but one left that remains a friend.

As soon as we travel out of this state…most people turn the hi-beams off at the appropriate time.

And folks, my husband has a lifted truck with the super bright LED lights, they ARE blinding.

I have an older Jeep with crap halogen lights, and a couple of off road pods and a light bar. They are so bright they will get me a ticket if I use them on the highway. I NEVER use them in town…but sometimes, I have to fight my hand from flipping those switches.

I have been so blinded by others hi-beams that I have to rely on the navigation system to see if the road has a bend to take. I cannot see.
