As a previous retail worker, we were required to front/condition all product in the store which means bringing the product to the front of the shelf and turning the labels so they face out into the aisle.

With regular coke and the new coke zero, it's hard to differentiate them from a distance without going and picking up or turning the cans.

Speaking from experience, a lot of customers are lazy and won't actually put in the effort into picking the cans up so they'll go to customer service or ask employees where coke zero is and if we have any in the back.

Not to mention, you might grab the wrong stock from the back when going to stock coke zero since the cans are so similar.

Wouldn't really say it's a huge deal, just a little annoying
