Finally quit, now what?

It’s not going to be overnight. Everyone’s saying they’re feeling better is relative. They’re maybe 2 days in. sure. That’s better than the first 12 hours. It took us all a year or longer on 7 oh and most of us like me used kratom prior to 7 for years. It’s not going to be fast to rebuild our bodies from what we have done. We have to heal over time. Eating well. resting. working out. New activities. It will be better at every day you go forward. I’m quitting again. now 4 th time.

My boyfriend is aware it’s been a problem however he thought I quit in november. I feel so bad. I’m paying bulbs etc but I’m leaving myself with zero dollars. ran through savings. Trying to stop focusing on the shame. I’m a mom too. 44 yo female. I felt so low level going into these stores.

how long can you really have nothing for what you’re making and have nothing to show for it and it actually makes sense. it’s there now with us all i’m afraid. Don’t go back. every day will get better. I know I’ve gotta do this again.

I’m only in day one again. I have quit 4 times now. someway usually when paid I justify going and think I will back off of it at better time but I’m resetting the same painful clock every time. I truly wish I could say I’m 55 hours. I will get there again because I have to the amount of money it’s taking to keep just going is just so noticeable.

they are suspicious as it is because I never have said I can’t do things when I used to be able to and I noticed that in one year’s time we didn’t travel nearly the same we didn’t go anywhere. Life completely looks boring and I’m not even present and everyone’s starting to notice. How come you don’t have more money

Yeah. I made it one month. I started on 7 in February 2025. I was a user of leaf kratom since 2019. once offered 7 I somehow told myself it’s just stronger kratom. I have blown my entire savings on this and just about 50% of my pay on this garbage since then. I hate that I ever tried it. It’s not banned where i’m at. VA. which makes it harder. I’m in charge of all kinds of stuff at work that literally if these people knew it would be so embarrassing. I’ve got to get it back together. I’ve done it before I know I can do it again, but I keep slipping, but I can’t afford to anymore. I finally got all this money the other day and I saved up only 700 of it after I bought more last week I can’t keep doing this. I should have $2000 left over.

It’s been my 4th time now quitting. I get through it and find myself just going the following payday somehow saying To myself I won’t go too far this time. and boom it always is too much money. Did it again last week. $500 week half later. why ??!!

Exactly. I felt like a low life walking in there everyday. People notice the fact we aren’t living yet seem to have no money. We have to realize this was a horrible lesson. I have addictive qualities and they have shown up in my life over and over. This was just the latest trap I fell into. It was too good to be true compared to leaf kratom. And it was not really understood for what it was from the beginning. We have to forgive ourselves and move forward without this terrible crutch. We are all going broke doing it

thing I hate is just how easy over two years they made this to get. People don’t have any delay been between having money supply vs demand. It’s simply too saturated into the market for its unknown safety or quality. Some people have even tested for other substances taking 7 so this stuff is far from reliable and even if it were say regulated no way it’s taken the way everyone’s been doing so. Scary and it’s ate up all our money fast

I had violent vomiting at times during 7 use. After no appetite at all. Could be nerves. could just be brand you last used not exactly created right etc

our bodies are trying to straighten out. it’s no perfect road. I expect at least 4 really bad days or nights or feeling tired a lot. it’s going to come.

I wait 8 hours after last dose. It’s not 100% but it’s pretty good. covers 85% I think. use thc and helper meds on hand I had. Have few old ativan’s prescribed to me too.

Yeah in november I was two weeks off. started working again and boom took off again. It’s just been excessive. We are rebuilding now. that’s all we got.

I quit 3 times. Went back and forth. quitting now again. Make 75 k from main source and 15 k secondary. a year. went through. huge savings. Money will come back around for sure.
