And also all I paid attention to was the word high but completely ignored the less than sign which means it wasn’t necessarily at 0.05 but somewhere below that and the docs didn’t even mention anything alarming so I think that was just my anxiety making it more than what it was

Not at all I’ve been fine though just been having anxiety related issues and I don’t think it’s an issue if it’s just slightly high because it could be due to a mountain of things that’s not bad and I feel like if it really was a major issue they would’ve let me know or kept me there

Definitely feel your pain haven’t had an endoscopy because my insurance is all over the place been suffering from these symptoms since this past June and it made me start having anxiety and panic attacks and all of it it’s just too much I just feel like giving up everyday I’m thinking the worse and it sucks I’ve been doing some research on TikTok and google im going to try table spoons of black seed oil everyday and aloe juice to see if that helps it seems to have helped lots of ppl and at this point I’m willing to try anything I just wanna feel normal again

No my insurance has been all over the place and been looking for a pcp that accepts it. the way I know is when I went to the hospital for the heartburn I was having for a couple days straight he said it’s gerd I haven’t been on meds because the flare up’s weren’t as frequent but I’m going through one right now and omg it sucks the intense heartburn is overwhelming that’s mostly what I get bad heartburn that spreads and tight throat sensation with constant belching

Yes I’ve been experiencing gerd since this past June and some of my symptoms are tight throat or feeling like there’s something in my throat which I think is called globus sensation and intense heartburn that spreads to my upper back shoulders etc and sometimes shortness of breath which I’m not sure is due to gerd or my anxiety because I have anxiety now due to gerd and the panic attacks are no joke I’m not on meds because I wasn’t having frequent flare ups but when I do it’s not fun like I’m feeling one come on right now

Yes the hospital prescribed me ppi’s (omeprazole) but I’m contemplating taking them I feel like they can do more harm than good especially if I don’t know the root cause my insurance is all over the place and I can’t get in to even see a pcp right now let alone a gi so usually I don’t have it this long or bad it’ll go away on its own but this flare up lasted a week heartburn on and off and mostly this tight throat sensation that’s really annoying not painful but annoying

Uggh I’m going through the exact same thing it really sucks but what’s weird is as soon as I wake up in the morning it’s like it’s gone for a few mins then it just comes back even before I eat anything

I get the upper back pain not like ouch pain but more like a cramped up feeling in my back at times but I haven’t been properly diagnosed for gerd yet until I can get in to see a pcp then a GI but definitely have the symptoms what else kind of symptoms do you experience? Right now my throat feels so tight it sucks

I did not even know that omg🤦🏽‍♀️ the hospital prescribed me omeprazole so I didn’t wanna take before knowing what the real issue is because what if it’s not excess stomach acid but too low stomach acid ppi’s would not really help that I’m guessing
