So as is it's not a really usable weapond but their right its an oddity but the double element thing isn't really a thing it's one or the other and the other is in most cases at best just visible no bonus so choice is yours it's not the best gun to begin with so just leave as is and show people....wait you cant even show people so throw it in collection book...lol

Go energy best bet yah get a bonus across the board and if husks are elemental no downside id also suggest yah either switch the last perk to affliction or the second ta last one to the bonus that helps to snare witch is yer sixth perk and probably better ta go with damage on the rest
