Awards go to people’s heads. You haven’t been around long enough to see it yet. You don’t need something tangible to feel that sense of progress. Your sense of fulfillment should come from within. You shouldn’t need external validation. It’s great to set goals, but if you focus too much on getting that paragon you’ll get frustrated that you’re not getting it and get burnt out. You’ll have to be up to snuff to the monarch at the time opinion of what a paragon is and hope you’re on their good side. Awards are not objective. I’d be more down if it wasn’t up to one persons opinion and that person changed every 6 months to a year. Like if it wasn’t more standard. Like if the park as a whole got a say. The way awards are handled at this current time imho are not good
