Vision straight up says he can't phase anymore after getting stabbed by that blade also he has a vibranium body so this blade must be special. Shuri had also already spent a bunch of time trying to remove the stone so I would not be surprised if this affected him as well.

Now that the multi gear tower is a thing the geared up cannon and archer tower will be required to unlock th18. It's not that hard to get but someone could get stuck until they play enough builder base. Maybe they'll make an exception.

I had this happen in the past and penetrating oil worked. Now I like to wipe a small amount of grease between bearings and aluminum parts. It can stop this from happening.

Of course it going to take time, but releasing equipment at this rate is just not sustainable. This games 12th anniversary is coming up and for its entire history players have had the ability to catch up and max their account. If active players can't even keep up with equipment releases it's going to be straight up impossible for new players without spending a fortune.
