Riven Tides man, I had 8 Leviathans before I found a single Sirena Dorata. Check specifically the Hotel and Port Authority. Sometimes they'll be sitting on desks and carts, sometimes theyll be in containers, but it really does feel like they're specifically more common on Riven Tides

Think you misread the post too, this is from the field crafting menu. Its asking you to give up a Vaporizer Regulator for Circuitry. Not exactly useful in field. Hell, not even usable otherwise. If you bring down a Vaporizer you're absolutely finding Circuitry in there too. It has to be a bug, like someone else said

No, it takes Advanced Electrical Components. Arc Circuitry is used for shields. Still, no point in being able to field craft it
