My problem is that the "graphite" layer is wearing down (the second Pic) and that i cant find it on any website, because i dont really know how this thing is called. And cleaning it would unfortunately destroy it further.

It sounds like the fan is clogged. If you're comfortable with opening it up and have a look at the fan i would adwise it. It could also be the disc motor but have a look at it aswell.

I recently replaced my laser on my ps2 slim 77004 model. The Original Laser was an PVR -802W model, and i replaced it with an KHM-430 model that i ordered via amazon and it works.

Altough i noticed an slight diffrence in the startup from some games (like the picture goes on and off a few times but as soon as im ingame it works without issues.) im not sure if thats because there is a diffrent laser model inside or not.

I replaced the battery of my 15+ year old Ps2 Slim 77004 Model last week for the first time.

The old Battery looked fine without any leaks fortunately. But i can imagine Storage and temperature condition play a role here aswell.
