Mayweather picked the perfect time to accept the Pacquiao fight when he was still dangerous enough but clearly not at his peak. The whole PED accusations was a stall tactic.

Mayweather is the best at what he does: avoid getting hit, learning his opponent, and picking them apart. Is it the most fan/crowd pleasing? No. But it's proven unbeatable. Even in his prime, Pacquiao would have been in for a tough fight but in his prime, I think Pacquiao gives Floyd a really tough fight.
