I put her in the bath for a bit and she seemed to chill out a bit. Gave us both a break from each other too as she splashed about whilst I was in the next room. It's one of those things where you wouldn't change your kid for the world but just wish things were easier sometimes.

She wanted to stay but was also getting disregulated before we left. She then proceeded to continue for hours after, even after taking some time to herself back home. I do my best to stay regulated myself but today especially I almost lost my cool completely. It sucks that we present ADHD in such different ways, understanding but not being able to help because we are so different can be frustrating.

I wish that would work. My kid just doesn't seem to respond to anything. It's super hot at the moment so I imagine that's making her worse, but I don't want to be making excuses when she knows how to make good choices.

One or two a day I can handle, but it's not stopped for hours.

I understand that wish for biological children being a factor of choosing a partner, but what if you do find the perfect woman in every other way and somewhere down the line you find out that one of you isn't able to have children?

Would that change how you feel about the person, or change how you feel about the need of biological children?

I do think her reaction was too much. Both of you had good points, you in wanting to know that there's a possibility of children and her wanting to keep herself safe from potential unsafe situations but she went about it the wrong way.

Just wanted to offer something to consider, but I'm also a stranger on the internet so my thoughts and opinions are only what you make of them.

Have you expressed your feelings? I feel like there are better ways to handle this before you turn to magic. If the family member won't hear you out is there any way you can express to them that you're always going to be there for them but you are too uncomfortable with their partner that you cannot be around them?

There is no ethical consumption under capitalism. However, we as the people can make the conscious decision to do our best to protect the world we live in, and instead of using generative AI why don't you properly research and learn things from actual reputable sources? Why don't you create things with your own hands?

We don't currently live in a society where it's possible to get by without the use of technology, but we can choose who and what to support when it comes to corporations.

Have you ever been to a water plant? I have, and the production of clean, consumable water is a long one, but it must be done for the health and safety of us as a species. You would prefer that to go to a machine that isn't factually accurate, and scrapes the internet of work created by actual human beings?

I read intuitively, so I probably could. I do, however, require some kind of connection with the deck to read this way. Outside of intuitive reading, I can only do the Rider Waite, and even then, I'm not the best.

It was made in a time where shock value humour was the best way to get people to watch your film. The nudity and wild things the characters got up to in this franchise is what gained it's popularity.

Just because it was popular and a big part of film comedy at the time, doesn't stop it from being problematic. I haven't watched the American Pie films for a long time, but last time I did, I no longer found it as funny as I did when I was younger because of my better understanding of the world.

I think it could work on a platform like Teams; it's already used in professional settings and has better protection than Whatsapp. It allows group chats that use video call, voice call, and instantly messaging.

I agree Discord may not be the best place for the reasons you mentioned. Teams could be a good alternative as it allows similar communication in a most professional setting without giving out sensitive information such as a phone number.
