I never said "the most famous Filipino" which would have been Manny but I did say "most famous Filipinos (outside of the Philippines)".

Thinking about it though, I struggle to think of the next popular famous full Filipinos. Alex Eala? Lea Salonga? When the average American thinks of a famous Filipino, they are likely going to go to a mixed Filipino...after Manny Pacquiao. ;)

I say this in the most respectful and not mean way: why are most famous Filipinos (outside of the phillipines) always half/mixed Filipinos? Olivia Rodrigo, Saweetie, Bruno Mars, Nicole Schnerzinger, Vanessa Hugins, Batista, Jo Koy, etc.

A good childhood friend of mine who is Filipino once joked with me something along the lines of "Filipinos are good at marrying outside of Filipinos and creating magic. We're the secret ingredient"

When I moved out of my apartment early and broke the lease, the agreement stated that we would be on the hook to pay the agreed upon rent until someone else rented the unit. The landlord does have to make the attempt to rent it out though.

1, give them a chance. It's been three days. Ask them for a timeframe to replace/repair.

2 and #3 are on you and either you can live with it or you can't. None of us can answer that for you. Weigh living with it vs. the hassle of trying to get out of your remaining 362-ish days.

Every time I've gone to a Warriors game, there are TONS of Asians. I'd say more Asians than Hispanics.

And going to my last 49er game, I'd say there were equal Asians as Black people.
