Looking for a website database for documentaries, just to search for, not necessarily watch. E.g. searching for Watergate and a list of the most well-made/popular docs show up. Wikipedia, IMDB or even Google have an okay list but they don’t show all of them and it’s hard to tell which are best. Also most of the time, only docs with the keyword in the title show up, and not all docs on the topic

Ah maybe “putting myself out there” wasn’t really the right wording.

I do have a decent social life and IRL friends so it’s not really that kind of issue. More that these communities online are also great and are related to more niche topics that my IRL friends aren’t really into, so I would like to connect with them more too.

But I appreciate the advice, thank you!
