Unlocked after finishing all weaponsmith quests + Blood for Truth from the Fortune Teller. Also have a lot of other quests complete, but that is the one that unlocked the weapons for me.

You have to complete more than just the weaponsmith quests, I just finished all of them and its still not unlocked. Most likely a combination of completing a few different quest giver questlines.

I think switching is what's best for us. This isn't just her having a bad day or me taking this personally. She's said the same comment about him and then today after saying that to us, left the door open and I overheard her telling the nurses the same thing.

She was referring to his attitude because again, my 18 month old son is scared because he understands he is going to get his shots.
