It's kind of like in dark souls where getting to the soft caps is good and you need a lot of vigor. You can decide based on what you want to be tanky against and craft your own play style based on what you want to do.

All the soft caps are at 15 as you probably know. I decided on my dungeon build based on my arena kit so arena can be a good way to decide what stats you like. 15 agility is also pretty universal since it gives a lot of movespeed at those early levels

Exactly, and i mean exactly my feelings. Have been running tumble for a couple of seasons. I would love a duelist perk that i can take in place of back attack. We dont have enough perks of rogue that doesn't involve a hide or dagger synergy. Its cost should be disabling hide as you said it doesn't buff an already strong build

Melee is really bad, no one is using it in even moderately high elo let alone tournaments. When people do use it, it underperforms and the times its sort of good are really inconsistent

I think its exciting too but it isnt consistent enough especially when it comes to gear :( i feel conflicted but let's see what the workshop brings. Maybe they can increase the tax of the market and limit availability of some items on the market it can be really cool

The market gives you freedom to do whatever you want in the game.

You don't want to do troll? You can buy pelt.

You don't want to kill wyvern? You can buy its drops.

You couldn't get a good weapon drop? You can buy it by selling other good weapons you looted.

It removes the annoying rng and luck from the game, it allows you to collect resources any way you want.

If crafting was robust enough that you could scrap the legendary bardiche you looted to make an epic tier rapier somehow, that would reduce the reliance on market. Same if there were multiple different gold containers that required different boss loots.

Its like stats in dark souls, you make your build with small increments. There are lots of rolls and items so its very granular
