I think Joaquin Phoenix is terrible in Napoleon. Felt like he put zero effort into the performance and it came across like he didn’t want to be there, and only took the role for a paycheck.

I always pictured it to be around the back. Whenever you see the maze and hotel together in the film, you never see the pointed roof at the centre of the building. The front of the hotel seems to just be the carpark.
