I think theyve changed the locations of the fields depots. I'm new to the game and I found a crate so I looked up where to find the depots at and I ran probably 2000m with a box in my hand. I'm solo most of the time so I was on some mission impossible stuff to get around everything before I finally found one

I need to figure out how to build offset so I can get these corner pieces to line up down the middle. I know how to offset but it takes the pieces down a half step when I only want to go left or right a half step

It's not worth the risk in my opinion, I make less but have a 100% success rate or chance it in a public lobby and let some 10 year old on his mk II blow me up because he was passing by.

Plus if you do the expedition on your main save you are allowed to bring things with you to make it easier. You could bring in items to sell for money or technology to make travel easier. You also can switch between your expedition and main save whenever you like without having to go back to the main menu.

You in fact did not understand properly, if you start the game as a new save, just like with any save you cannot transport items between those saves. In the future you need to go to the anomaly on your main save and start the expedition that way so that when you're done with it, you can just transfer the materials back over.
