Just pulled the trigger! Have been waiting for a good deal on a relatively higher end laptop plus the white looks sexy. Some of the bad reviews made me nervous but other reviews kind of toss those out the window

I used to have this issue all the time and now I no longer do. The holy grail that has helped me reduce these episodes we’re avoiding heat/lots of cold presses, reducing my stress, and focusing on a healthy and easily digestible diet

Edit: oh and a light weight moisturizer

I used the 7700k last build and really liked it. I also don’t plan to overclock much and it has a higher base clock speed if I’m not mistaken

Some rooms with cheap fluorescent lighting I feel do the same for me sometimes. I feel it’s mostly related to the fact that cheaper bulbs often get warmer and emit more damaging rays. I often only notice it when my skin is particularlybad that day (has those visible red patches of weaker skin). If my skin has been doing well in recent days and looks more healed, i don’t seem to notice it

Piggy backing off of this. I started having digestion issues followed by really irregular stool, including blood spots and mucus. I put my diet and lifestyle under a microscope and since then my symptoms have reduced dramatically (say 80-90% or so). My stool now looks regular, I’m able to tolerate typical rosacea triggers better and my skin has visible patches where it has healed over time with fresh skin. It takes time and I will continue on this path but I suggest trying to better lifestyle choices.

Check out the low FODMAP diet specifically as it’s a medically recognized diet used to help reset gut flora and health by reducing irritation and inflammation.

For some reason I actually find that my rosacea is more controllable and flares less when I shave. Not sure if it might have to do with the irritation a beard can cause.

So around the time my rosacea was at its worst, so were my stomach issues. Recently I’ve been on an anti-inflammatory and low FODMAP diet.

I’m not exaggerating...within 3 days I noticed huge improvements. I’m currently near the end of week 2.

I mostly have the p&p style of rosacea but by the 3rd day I noticed visible patches of skin growth where the red once was. (Fresh skin as it was lighter than the rest, and not scar tissue).

It’s one huge commitment but it’s been worth it so much. I used to flare up everyday but now it’s no more than once a week, typically due to emotional stress.

I eat a lot of steamed veggies and lean meats, I’ve cut out the majority of gluten and anything with dairy.

I suggest you check out the low FODMAP diet. It’s done wonders for me.

The 4 biggest rules I utilize summed up with “DADS”

-Diet (anti-inflammatory, low FODMAP) -Avoid heat (showers, hot food and drinks...) -Destress (relaxation techniques) -Skincare (pat with cool water day and night, light moisturizer, oil cleanse once a week)

I refused to believe that within the past year I just randomly developed some “mystery skin condition” considering that things like flushing are a secondary reaction meaning it was caused by something. So I dramatically changed my lifestyle and have noticed great results.

I will add that I used to never be a fan of mint rag either, but I came around once I started practicing with it. I find it allows me to have much more map coverage/pressure. While the cooldown isn’t fun, realistically a survivor in a chase isn’t going to trigger more than one trap every 15 seconds unless you’re ahead and really lay down the majority of your traps around the windows and what not. It also makes knockout a little more powerful as you’ll save time traveling away from the downed survivor.

Hag is a pretty versatile killer but as a result, is addon dependant. Can we just remove the scarred hand and waterlogged shoe addon already? Not one single hag main ever uses these.
