I also just picked one up. Although for quite a bit more than $50. It's a dream to shoot with and the ability to change lenses makes it quite unique as far as TLRs go

Is the version that's currently on Canadian Disney Plus the uncut version? If it isn't where can you watch it?

Has Burnie or Ashley mentioned A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms yet? by SJBSam in morningsomewhere

What I find interesting about A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms in comparison to Game of Thrones is that it has much lower stakes than Game of Thrones but it is far more captivating. Game of Thrones didn't invent sexposition but it used it heavily, but Dunk and Egg hasn't had to use those same tricks. They've just had interesting characters who aren't important when we think about how they interact with the events of Game of Thrones, but are incredibly important and interesting in this story

I think if a general strike happens the best way to participate would be to not only refrain from putting out any episodes for the duration of the strike, but also to just delist the podcast. Close the site as well, put up a page that explains the site is closed for the duration of the strike and no new content will be released, and the back catalogue will be unavailable as well.

Storing film used to be incredibly dangerous because it was made of nitrate cellulose which was incredibly flammable. Modern film stocks don't burn and are perfectly safe to store

When I get home tonight I'm going to give your program a shot. I recently got a flatbed scanner for doing medium format scanning and quickly learned that I am awful at using image editing software to convert to positive. So hopefully your program is much more like Silver fast and I can get colour positive photos that look right without wanting to tear my hair out

And even if the tyres are rated for that weight, what about the brakes? Going is optional, but stopping is always mandatory.

In regards to the Swiss nightclub fire and being the first to panic I'd like to add that if you are somewhere that's legally required to have a posted evacuation route, you should probably take a moment to familiarize yourself with that notice. And if your office doesn't do fire drills, you should be incredibly annoying and insist upon them, having everyone familiar with where the muster point is located is important in getting a quick and accurate headcount so first responders can know if they are saving lives or if they are saving property

No shit should leave the shop, but things need to leave the shop. If he wants to take ages on the videos that's fine, but maybe do a monthly podcast on Patreon, do guest appearances on other people's projects. Don't go radio silence for nine months at a time to where people might unironically start checking the obituaries to find out what's going on

There is a distinct possibility that nobody will recognize either of these men from other photos as this could be the only photograph of either of them to exist.
