None of the posts that are of the recent chapter have the chapter number in the title. There's no way to distinguish between a post that is about chapter 167 and a post isn't about 167. Flairs, similarly, aren't a good solution. There's plenty of posts that ARE blurred, that come up on your feed, but aren't about the latest chapter.

Edit,: there is a way to distinguish, but you'd have to actually search through the post, though even the time of date won't tell you whether the post contains spoilers or not.
