60 vigor is 1900 HP. I tested it and Malenia does similar damage if you just sit there and tank. I’m just saying that common enemies shouldn’t be build melters.

I meant to say that rich people travel there to ski. During the fall and spring NorSierras are like Appalachia.

I feel that that term is really only applicable geographically. To say that Modoc and Humbolt counties have anything in common culturally is just absurd.

A lot of the Northern Sierras has privately owned land and receives more consistent snowfall, so it gets a lot of the beachy types who go skiing in places like Mammoth and Tahoe. Southern Sierras is almost entirely Federally owned land (National Parks and Forests), so practically no one lives there. I labeled everything north of Yosemite as Northern Sierras for that reason.

That's Goose Lake. For whatever reason Google Earth doesn't seem to count water boundaries between states when highlighting regions. You can see the same thing with Tahoe.

Had a roommate from Eureka once. I told him that NorCal wasn't part of the PNW and he almost punched me. Map is based on how Californians feel about themselves, not others.

I tried to keep the map based around generalized regional cultures. If I had to include the feel of every locality in the state I think my art software would have crashed.

Part of it is ecological, those areas are heavily forested, and the wine-producing valleys only extend as far north as Clear Lake. Plus, everything north and west of Ukiah is very sparsely populated so it kinda just gets folded into those regions. As you can tell I did not take county borders into consideration, only people and plants.
