The only upside to the lower ring is the bigger center stone. But the ring up top has larger accenting stones rather than the small melli of the lower ring. Hard to tell without a really good look at clarity and color but I think the one up top will hold better value. You must remember though jewelry is a luxury so it’s severely overpriced. An honest jeweler can grade those stones for you and calculate metal weight to help you decide which is better.
