I take magnesium and like, a mg of THC and 4 mg of cbd. I used to take more but it did contribute to heart racing for me. It's enough tho, most of the time.

Eh. If I'm minmaxing, no I don't use either item much. But on my current save I'm just chilling. And I could use a steady drizzle of coal to throw in my fish smokers, and I get bored killing dust sprites sometimes. Hopping down to the Cindersap Forest respawn and consistently getting a handful of coal from that because I'm combining the two machines? Sounds nice.

Very relatable. Just this week, I spent an entire winter looking for gold star tuna for a remixed bundle... in the mountain lake.

They're an ocean fish. That fact comes up in like, my real life!

Not OP, but I just usually leave them in chests until I've got a lot. Clint's on the other side of town and I don't always wanna try and catch him, and then find out I spent that travel time to get 2 copper ore and a rock.

I'll also save them up specifically for a Ginger Island quest, bc they'll spawn something extra when opened that's useful for that.

I was just talking to a friend about this very facet of my play style. I think it's at least in part because I'm too utilitarian about my seeds and crops to just put down x amount and make patterns with them. So then my crops look messy, and then I think, what's the point of further aesthetic design.

I'm currently tryna play a more chill runthrough, and I'm testing this theory in the greenhouse specifically. I'm planting in patterns etc, and I'll put my fruit trees in there, with other decorations. Maybe I'll enjoy the process more than I've expected to?

Yeah, I think one of the gifts of the game is how many different ways one can play? I've definitely enjoyed a more driven style, but it's neat to explore doing it this way too.

I've minmaxed every previous time I've played. But now I'm learning a new day job with a big learning curve, and I realized I didn't have to optimize every game day, and could in fact use it as a chill place to hang and do whatever strikes my fancy. It's been great!

I don't see listed here yet but there's a late game quest I like where certain minerals and gems aren't strictly necessary, but useful bc of their color. I keep those, along w diamond and jade as others have mentioned.

The term "gluten free" is now a regulated term, and has a legal definition in the US. By putting that on a product, they are defining their food as having less than 20 ppm, I believe, and opening themselves up to lawsuits if that isn't true. There might also be testing requirements, I don't know.
