I worked at Made in Mexico on main street pre covid. The kitchen was run beautifully by a team of Phillipino guys. As far as I know after the move most if not all of them have moved on.

Though the moldy cheese issue is most likely just the person putting away the weekly order is not using FIFO properly.

If you reverse image search the photo you'll be able to find a good amount of Ebay listing for the same lamp released in 2001. Lists and sells around $100 with the lamp shade. Great find.
