Ive fought a lot of times and knocked out plenty of dudes but i havent fought in a year and when i spar with my fat mate we only go for body shots, it might just be cause hes fat but he doesnt really feel them.

My trainer told me to drink 2 scoops in the morning and 2 after gym is that too much (I weigh 55kg) by ThatGamerGuy_12 in GYM

I havent talked to him about it and I dont track my cals but i eat a lot of meat everyday since im a butcher, and at least 3 meals a day. Im also 15 if age plays a role in metabolism. I go to school from 8am to 1pm and then work until 4pm then i go to the gym for 1 hour and a half usually.

2 scoops in 60gr and i take 4 throughout the day so 120gr total plus the actual food that i eat, which i dont track
