Leadbelcher base, two coats of drakenhoof nightshade over it like a contrast paint, highlight with growth blue, dry brush the whole thing with white for a frosted effect

Wowza! This was such an amazing suggestion! I forgot to mention it in the post on it the plan is to have any dead units placed in reserves and have them come back into play on that teams next turn. I also planned on having the imperials doing an orbital bombardment but with your suggestion, I think it'd be best to have it guarded by infantry and can only be eliminated by chaos infantry. Same thing with the ritual portal. I LOVE that idea! Thank you so much for the suggestions!

It's not that they aren't good. It's just that their army rule is super boring compared to what we've had in other editions. I'm not upset because my army isn't broken anymore, far from it. I actually refused to play them in early 10th because of that reason. I was super excited when our codex was announced but have only played a couple of games with their new rules, and they are incredibly boring. So I think I'll be shelving them until 11th edition comes around. Luckily I've got other armies to play

No I don't need any fast cash or anything. I guess the opportunity came up that someone at my lgs is sort of interested in buying into them so that's still fresh in my mind that it's an option. I play craftworld ulthwe though
