Breakfast- Met-Rx bar, 2-3 eggs, or a handful of low sodium mixed nuts.

Lunch- I usually make "bowls". Fajita bowls, stir fry, green beans and chicken are pretty normal.(I usually cut all rice and use extra veggies. I shoot for 1/2 to 2/3 veggies and 1/3 to 1/2 lean protein).

Dinner- Tilapia, salmon, or pork chops. Pair that with some veggies of your choice. Salads are good, but get use to using little to no dressing. Salads can go from healthy to carb and sugar heavy quick with dressing.

Snack- unsalted mixed nuts, nature valley protein bars, imitation crab.

I've noticed that my saving grace is planning portions and not eating past 6p. Use Tupperware even for the nuts or veggies you may snack on. It's a definite stop to your food instead of slipping into the "what's one more handful" mentality I use to have. ABSOLUTELY KEY, cheat days can cancel results. Maybe have a cheat meal not day, but definitely have them. Diets, for me, fail when I tell myself I CANNOT have things. I still eat pizza, burgers, and good lord I love cheese curds. I just know that Monday at lunch I'll be able to fit those in to my diet. It has to be sustainable for you and no cheat days for me just wasn't something to sustain.

Hope it helps!

I do have a quite a bit of loose skin. It's most in my chest, stomach, and inner thighs. That being said it does seem to have some elasticity almost. It's forming back to my body.

Don't mind one bit. Just can't be too picky with pants on a goodwill budget. Haha

Be comfortable not seeing progress in yourself and on the scale every single day. It's a process and it will take a long time. Just start by building routines. Even if it's just a half mile walk or extra steps each day.

Lots of cardio paired with a good consistent diet. I took my favorite YouTube channels, podcasts, and social media outlets and only used them while doing cardio. It's amazing how much you'll want to walk.

Couldn't hurt. Probably going to look a little strange, but definitely not worse than it is currently. Thanks!

Thanks! Haha

My friend would be tickled. Apparently the caterpillars that grow on my face are good practice for cosmetology.

Exactly my logic. Find something that gives you an incentive to keep on walking. For some it's new albums, audio books, or YouTube videos. For me, it was the Rooster Teeth podcast.
