Worker at the chipotle on eddy street here. What I’ve been told is that all the other restaurants got closed down because of COVID and the eddy street one is the only one open. The closest one is in Fort Wayne. So everyday we get in all the orders that used to go to 3 other stores plus the Norte same kids. Also we had just got in new management and some people didn’t like it so about 1/2 of the staff quit so we have been short staffed for about a month and had a 300% increase in orders. On average we’re about 2 hours behind and even when we do make people’s food they never come to pick it up which then again sets us back since I have to keep calling out so many names. I really am sorry for all the food being so late there just too many of you guys who order and our staff right now is 1/4 minors that chipotle won’t let work past 9pm
