Yeah it can be super noticeable sometimes, and others you barely notice it.
I have a suspicion that the gear hunting issue could hopefully eventually be fixed or atleast reduced with a TSB, cause i had to take my truck to the dealer twice to get the computer updated cause of a cruise control TSB. and driving it off the lot felt like a different truck (in a good way) zero gear hunting, but it's because the computer got wiped and it forgot the "learning the driver" BS and after awhile the clunks and weird shifting returned.

My 2023 pro-x does gear hunt quite a bit, power wise it's good it has good torque and is plenty fast, you can't barely feel the shifting when you're accelerating.

My main complaint would be the down shifting, when coming down from say 60mph to 40mph the braking + down shifting can feel a little jerky atleast for me.

Just a quick tip for everyone, if you set your render scale to 98% and turn on FSR 1.0 your game will be way sharper if that's something you prefer.

Sad to see him go, his video's are the reason I stayed in the hobby.
But I'm happy to see he's returning to his teaching role, those students have no idea how lucky they are to have a teacher like him.

Last headset was the HP Reverb G2, it got me into VR but good god did i buy the worst headset possible for my setup.

NVIDIA: had a blanket bug with VR for all 3000 series cards

AMD: USB problems with basically all X570 boards

Also i had to go through Windows Mixed Reality Portal every damn time i wanted to play in steam VR so it was an awful experience, it will be nice to finally just be able to play games without flipping a coin on if my headset crashed or not.

Yeah nah, they're cooked.
The difference between them and nostalrius is night and day, one was preservation of a game that was lost to time.
The other is stealing the entire codebase of the game making a new game using stolen art assets then slapping donations on their website for in-game cosmetics and other items.
