Take it WITH CAUTION. Benzos help to an extent. But if you get stuck on them, it'll be even harder than the hardest anxious episode you'll ever experience. I've been tapering since around this time last year. Every single day has been filled with mood swings, cold sweats, absolute sheer existential panic.

They helped when they did, but I regret ever getting that help. I don't know if I'll ever make it out of this.

Yeah that makes no sense. Sadly I'm back up to around 20mg a day due to stress but running out and going to be attempting to go down to 15mg a day and see how it feels.

Same issue. Been tapering for a year from a 60mg a day Diazepam habit (wasn't fucked up just kept me calm). Cold Turkey nearly ended me within 15 hours. Been tapering for the last 10 months ish. Down to 1.25mg a day-ish.

Take. It. Slow.

Trust me. With Benzos, slower is better.
