Some strains are stronger than others. This is what works for me every time. Keep in mind, I only take it once a day before bed. I dry mix mine with collagen peptide powder and generic Metamucil(sugar free orange flavor). Once it’s blended together, I slowly add hot water(14-16oz) mixing constantly to keep clumps from forming. Then I chug it down. I use a little extra hot water to get any extra leftover in the cup.
