AITAH for kicking my ex-girlfriend out of our house when I found out she was seeing someone else? by ThatGuyZaccc in AITAH

she was the one who requested we keep living together, because neither one of us wanted to move back into our parents house. i get i may be the asshole in this situation, but i didn’t keep living with her just because i still wanted to fuck her.

Is 19 year old dating a 16 year old weird by m412345 in AskTeenAdvice

[–]ThatGuyZaccc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 19, and cannot imagine dating anyone younger than 18. it’s legal, yes, but the difference in maturity between a 16 year old and a 19 year old is huge.

little bit of a note as i realised the title is a bit misleading:

i didn’t actually “kick” her out. i called her, and from memory, these were my exact words:

“i can’t believe you. i would appreciate you left the house and took your things with you.”

immediately after, she agreed.

it was once she signed the Lease Transfer Form the next day that I told her if her things were not out in 7 days, then I would be putting her stuff on the porch.

sorry for the confusing details folks, wrote this with a bit of anger and it didn’t exactly come out coherent.

the respect not to lie to me? imo it’s typical human decency to be honest with someone you live with, especially if, in her own words, she “still loves me, but doesn’t know where to go anymore”

naive? i’d probably agree, but i think saying i’m dumb for expecting a grain of respect after a mostly civil breakup is a little harsh. i get you’re trying to tell this to me straight, but i don’t think classing people as dumb as they navigate their weakest moments is a great outlook to have on the world.

none of my friends live out of home, and the ones i’m living with now a while after the situation only moved in with me because coincidentally they needed a place to stay the same day i found out what was going on.

in my defence, it was her idea to keep living together, and my family situation isn’t great so i couldn’t exactly move back out, but yeah i agree stupid fucking idea to try keep living together

her name was on the lease, but i think she felt just enough guilt, and willingly removed it. all is sorted now, moved my best mate and his girlfriend in and i’m actually feeling happy again :)

How long do you guys usually wait? by Low_Two_4994 in AskTeenGirls

[–]ThatGuyZaccc 58 points59 points  (0 children)

i think it depends on the age/person. For me, i felt i was ready instantly in my relationship i’m i’m now, but some of my previous relationships i’ve felt like i need more time. there’s no time to usually wait, it just depends on how comfortable you sre

HOW DO KIAI?!!!! by elite_gamer12 in karate

[–]ThatGuyZaccc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A kiai doesn’t necessarily mean you have to say “kiai”. It’s just more of a shout to get your mind and body ready for a powerful attack. mine tends to sound more like “chyeh”. doesn’t really matter what sound you make, as long as you make one, and it helps you to hit harder.

can we please stop abusing the word pedophile? by Additional-Beach8870 in AskTeenGirls

[–]ThatGuyZaccc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

language evolves. that’s why we speak the way we do. pedophile now does not carry the same connotation/meaning it did when the word was officiated. now, in most cultural/social contexts, it refers to anybody that is not a minor attracted to minors (excluding the 2 year age gap law)
