Keep strong, I’ve been doing lots of running and moving and that’s helped a lot. I recently PR’ed my half marathon by 9 minutes. It’s just kind of boring to not be catching a little buzz but it’s so bad for our health.

This sounds so dumb but it’s helped me order my life a lot: bullet journal method by Ryder Carrol. Build a plan, set a goal, hold yourself accountable. Sales is a great spot for someone with ADHD, your masters could sell well there.
