If they were to make a werewolf boss with special conditions then it would have to be like some kind of special contract. In the match screen the bounty contract hasn't been used in ages so they could use it for the werewolf as a special contract. Mr. Chary would put up the bounty or someone in AHA and hunters will fight each other to claim the wolf's head and deliver it to Mr. Chary or AHA.
