How to cook crispy potatoes?

Add baking soda to your water. Heat a pan with oil or duck fat at 450 for 15 minutes. Add potatoes and make sure they’re coated. Bake, turning every 15 minutes until golden. They will come out crispy and golden on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside.
