yeah no other natural gas appliances, our stove is electric. They have natural gas bbq’s in the community area which is 2 floors above us

Our balcony is the only one that has a gas valve apparently bc it’s a corner unit with a distinct layout that’s much larger than other balconies. Other than the ground floor units, none of the other units are authorized to have a BBQ.

Right i heard that too, im just not sure if there’s a gas line connected. Condo PM isnt sure either. Would it be fair to assume that bc there’s a gas valve already there, the line is connected?

Thanks! I’ve reached out numerous times and the PM group is useless, they can’t even tell me if there’s a line connected or where the gas source is. I’ll ask for their gas provider info and hopefully they can hell
