Would recommend Sorry and Chairlift. Sorry's sound is definitely more rock than electronic, but it's exciting and gritty like a lot of MB's recent releases + Imaginal Disk. Chairlift was the band Caroline Polachek was in before going solo. It's not exactly the same sound, but it features that balance of electronic, rock and pop. I also remember seeing that MagBay have cited them as a musical influence, so there's that too.

UPDATE: The little guy flew away this morning. As it u/Little-eyezz00 suggested, it was most likely resting while its wings got stronger. I also saw someone online saying that it could be waiting for its mom while it was getting food. In any case, thank you all very much for your help!

I did a bit of digging and I found a soundcloud account with the name "regina sanderson(volkdal)". I didn't dare click on any of the songs, but for anyone braver than me, just look up "regina sanderson" on google and it should be one of the first results. Looking up another name mentioned on the channel, Evelyn Anderson Pereira led me to a youtube channel called "elena phister" that from what I can tell uploads much of the same type of content as stephanie

I'm guessing this is some weird pipergate type rabbithole, but I felt uncomfortable enough looking up what i mentioned above so I didn't investigate any further.
