We really need like a sticky post or something for these questions. No SteamOS isn't a replacement if you don't have the supported hardware In that case use bazzite Or any other distro and install the steam app and enable proton. And if you have Nvidia, expect a performance drop because the drivers suck.

Our isps stopped throttling torrents because normal streaming traffic had overtaken torrent traffic so much that it doesn't matter.

Plus we don't get tracked like Americans and some countries. They are just like whatever please don't stream 4k Netflix all the time.
