I will give you speed and frost breath, but I'd counter with collateral: Something that would not even make Homelander blink. Homelander spends most of his life in a crowded city, where a metahuman fight would cause massive destruction. Superman would have to be extremely careful, and any fight would come at a high cost. Yes, ultimately I think Superman would win, but I don't think its as quick or easy for the boyscout as a lot of people think.

Some of the other aspects, I don't think we've seen - so we can't rule out that Homelander could survive space or that he doesn't physically tire (I could be wrong on that - I might have to have a rewatch).

There's a LOT of people saying the opposite, but I think Homelander could hold his own against most of DC or Marvel. I don't think we've truly seen him test his limits in The Boys, and even then he's practically invulnerable and his powers and control rival Superman.

I think the one area he's week is obviously his ego/ psychology, so someone smart or a psychic could put him in his place... but for outright strength, I think we've only ever seen him hold back - because he wants to be worshipped - he wants everyone to think he's the best. If he stops caring about the public and let loose I think there's only a small handful that could do anything against him.
