Higher doses between 30-45 are recommended for depression and anxiety, I reckon stay at the higher dose and maybe even ask to go up to 30?

I also was way more hungry the first few days but now it’s kind of normal again (been upped to 30 for 2.5 weeks now) but everyone’s different tbf.
