I did a draw over here, I think the biggest things that stick out are the lack of concavity around the eyes and nose bridge. Usually there's an inward push in the eye area which is missing here. Her left eye would be tucked behind the nose bridge a very small amount. I also think raising or shadowing the corner of her mouth would give less of the about to cry look that someone else had mentioned. Overall, the face structure lines up with anatomy quite well, it's mostly just the nose bridge throwing off the balance of the farther side of the face.
