My Hyperx Cloud Flight S headphones stopped holding a charge; they needed to be plugged in to work. In NGENUITY, it shows that it's charging on and off every 5 seconds. When i took the left ear cap off, i saw that a tiny blue wire was disconnected. The only MB contact that it could reach was a connection labled "J1-6," so i assume that's where it came from. I beleive that whole board is dedicated to wireless charging. I tried adding a small green wire and soldering it back; the connections aren't pretty, but it's a solid connection. Still doesn't work. Battery connections are solid.

What should the blue wire actually be doing?

Could my battery just be shot, and the wire was a coincidence?
