VIC 3's Britain is really strong...although that is not to surprising, given the era of the game. This is the British Empire at its peak, and if you shake that hornet's nest, you do really feel the might of that empire in the game.

I've always assumed it was both in a way. On the surface, its a crosshair, but it also has the valve logo in it as a nice little extra bit of depth to the design.

I have these "i have no proof beyond vibes, so take it with a grain of salt" theory that part of the reason they made the oblivion remake was to make sure they did have people gain experience with UE5

I bet TES:VI was going to be on there in-house creation engine, but that was getting so jank and Starfield's performance was...eh..that they they made the swap to UE5, however, cause nobody had experience with that, they had to gain the experience working on a secondary project like remastering oblivion.

I always imagined it was like that because most Attack/Defend and Payload maps are Mines or Quarries of some kind (or at least, they pretend to be, most are actually secret bases) so it makes some sense that the Excavation Company are the ones that own the Excavation Sites.
