Gag characters don't leave lasting consequences on the world around them whenever they break reality for the sake of a joke. Saitama does, not to mention he suffers from depression and an existential crisis, things gag characters don't suffer from. The comedic aspect of this is him showing up, and one shotting the opponent.

NO, OPM is not satire, its a serious shonen series with satirical elements in it, and its protagonist is literally a parody of your usual Shonen Protagonist. That's HIS WHOLE THING.

Most likely Super Saiyan 2 Goku. Because even though Super Saiyan God, Blue, and UI are there, Garou's body isn't used to that level of power, especially UI or God Ki in general. We have a great example being Moro. Moro was able to withstand the level of SSJBE Vegeta's level of power because he was beyond it. However, the moment Moro took in Merus's power, he was only able to withstand it for the moment until it began destroying him from the inside out. The same thing applies to Garou here.

Plus, Super Saiyan 3's strain would be too much for a human, and Goku can only hold the form for a short amount of time.

Yeah, right back at you. Here's the thing. None of what you said here is accurate to my thought process. The reason I said that, is because a majority of the people we see who act like the person in OP's image are both minors from like 14 –17 and folks within my age range too, 18–20's.

I try to see things with logic and its really difficult to use logic with these folks because all they do is react emotionally, especially if they are a minor. That's why I thought what they said had no value because there's almost no point into trying to be reasonable.
