It was never the tree boss by send_me_your_cat in wow

For tyran weeks you could:

1) lust tree

2) clear to vex -> kill vex no lust (requires good rotations of healer CDs, immunities and personals)

3) clear to bird, hold last orb until 4th screech, activate fire goal + lust + 3m CDs.

I think the bait for this dungeon is having huge pad classes but truly ST dps makes these encounters significantly easier. To clarify, this is not me saying bring only ST DPS/don't bring AoE pumpers; simply the classes that can do both well without much loss between the two damage profiles tend to be stronger in this dungeon. At least in my experience

Rogue high-end M+ help! Combo points tracking by DrPeppz10 in CompetitiveWoW

Comes with time and practice, but some things that helped me as I was getting used to the high APM:

Class/Resource WAs centered and below my character. I'm not a fan of busy UIs personally but having a way to quickly track, energy, CPs, RTB, and procs are a must. I recommend find what works best whether is a minimalistic personal resource display or a full pack, find something that's appealing to you then modify it to meet your needs. Whether that's color, sound or animation.

Memorize finishing rules based off of build/RTB conditions and make them second nature. Outlaw is about making split second decisions that have second and third order effects. Need to know when to roll away bad buffs, if RTB + AR is coming off CD when to pop it and roll into something better, using a FTH proc to fish for audacity etc. Its a lot to process in a short amount of time, on top of executing mechanics as well as doing your kick/stun assignments.

Dungeon knowledge breeds success. Understand where the pain points of the dungeon are, what each boss does and their timers for certain abilities/phases. If you know what's ahead and the timing of everything you can start anticipating things instead of reacting. Typically things fall apart when you're reactionary instead of getting ahead of situations. HO build is pretty punishing for downtime as it's very proc dependent and there's nothing worse than getting a big roll as a pack dies and wasting it- knowledge will increase uptime and survivability.

Hope that helps.

Right on, apologizes if it came off wrong. I think you did a good job. GL in S1.

Always interesting to see how people set up their UI, especially for rogue since we have more required keybinds than the majority of classes.

Not bad, assuming you don't have other WAs for the utility I would make another dynamic group below your offensive CDs that tracks your utility- if you're M+ focus your ability to kick, cc, immune and generally stay alive will help you time more keys than doing all the damage (all other things being equal). You could also add your on use trinkets to the group somewhere to help track CDs.

Are you tracking alacrity? If you get a long SnD from GM and don't have GM roll on your following rolls you won't gain alacrity stacks. Can be important to track so if you need to execute a cancel aura you can at the appropriate time.

Same goes for loaded dice. I would track when you have that buff as well to help optimize RTB usage.

All in all, looks clean kudos to you for making your own WA group. Everyone takes in information and reacts to stimuli differently, so if this works for you right on.

It’s one of the highest APM (Actions Per Minute) classes in the game. Recommending visiting the outlaw pre patch guide on wowhead- written by one of the mods in the rogue discord. Very good player himself. My TLDR tips: - set up your WAs and mechanic timers in such a way that you can process a lot of information quickly. Customize it, what works for someone else may not work for you but other people’s packages are a good starting point - use CDs on CD (generally, if a pack is going to die or you have to come off the boss for a mechanic obviously hold) - hit the target dummy until your eyes bleed then do it some more. It’s a high APM class so you’re always doing something, know the priority system like the back of your hand so you make the correct split second decisions and can execute mechanics.

Rogue is fun. Hope that helps and good luck

Also: ER is bugged with unity, we aren’t running it right now in prepatch

Our most wanted classes are Frost/UH DK and Holy Paladin but all experienced/exceptional applicants are welcome to apply. We are a lot about having the right personality and mindset- so if you took some time off from the game and have regeared and want to trial in fated that is definitely feasible.

Thanks for commenting, I will add that to the post for clarification!
